  1. How much time is a perfect time to visit Sri Lanka? The US doesnt give much vacation and it is 24hrs flight plus hour differences I kind of lose like 3 days traveling r/t. Any advice? will 2 weeks be enough?

    Reply
    • Thanks for dropping by Peggy! Two weeks including the flights will give you about twelve travel days in Sri Lanka and I think it is more than enough. However, granted the short time you’ll be there, expect to visit only the highlights but it is surely enough to see the good stuff that Sri Lanka can offer. I suggest you spend a day or two to explore three to five cities/towns and leave about two days to just unwind. Transportation in the country is pretty efficient so you can really plan out your visit quite well. Day trip tours are also available from big cities such as Colombo and Kandy to attractions such as Dambulla and Sigiriya. I hope this helped and if you need more information, just let me know 🙂
