Strictly necessary

Needed for the site to work and stay secure, for example security tools that block spam and attacks, and the cookie that remembers your consent choice. These can’t be switched off.

Analytics

Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) uses cookies to count visits and see which posts are useful. The data is aggregated and not used to identify you.

Advertising

Mediavine and its advertising partners use first and third-party cookies to show ads, limit how often you see them and, if you consent, personalize them. Without consent you still see ads, but they are not personalized.

Affiliate

When you click an affiliate link, for example to Amazon, the retailer sets a cookie so the purchase can be credited to Pretty Wild World. This doesn’t change the price you pay.

Social and embeds

Pinterest save buttons, share buttons and embedded content may set cookies from those platforms when you use them.

Your choices

• Cookie banner: EU/EEA and UK visitors can accept or reject non-essential cookies in the consent banner and change their choice at any time through the privacy settings link.
